SO YOU LIKE MY WORK. THANK YOU. HERE’S HOW YOU CAN EXPECT IT ALL TO WORK
First things first. No doubt you’ll want to see my collections (packages) and prices. You can do that right here.
Once you’re happy that one of those options can work for you then please get in touch to check my availability. There’s no rule as to when you should do this, some do it 3 years in advance, some 3 months. The best bet is to CONTACT me as soon as you are ready.
Booking is easy. You give me the nod, I do a happy dance and then I send you an invoice for the £400 retainer and a booking form to complete and T’s&C’s to have a quick check through.
WE HAVE A DATE!
Your wedding is in my diary, you have a wedding photographer and there’s one more thing ticked off your list. Now let the real journey and the fun begin!
THIS IS EGGCITING!
(hmm, sorry about that)
Three or four months prior to your wedding we’ll get together – perhaps for a coffee, maybe for something stronger.
We’ll run through all the timings of your day, not that I want to be rigid about things, just to give me an idea of where I need to be and when. We can also run through specific requests and generally just chat.
Really it would just be great to get to know each other a little. This will all help to produce those lovely natural, happy & relaxed wedding images that hopefully you will want.
We can even go one step further and conduct a pre-wedding / engagement shoot, if your chosen package provides the option. This is all about fun and getting you totally relaxed in front of the camera. Then you really will be able to just get on a enjoy your wedding day knowing your images are going to look beautiful.
Please feel free to get in touch whenever you want in order to discuss your wedding. And that’s not just from a photography point of view either. I’ve been to many weddings and know many suppliers. Therefore I might just be able to help with any questions or concerns you may have. You’re more than welcome to just call and say hi. That’s totally fine by me.
This is your moment. This is my moment too. I’m so passionate about what I do that I’ll be every bit as excited as you. And I’ll want to capture every ounce of that excitement in every image I produce for you.
So relax, have fun and take it all in. I’ll be there to immortalise your day and all those emotions and amazing moments.
And if you choose my ‘More of Your Story’ or the ‘All of Your Story’ collections I’ll be displaying to you and your guests a slideshow of some of those images during your evening reception.
Over the course of the next week I’ll be lovingly editing your final collection of wedding images, easily 500 upwards (from a full day’s attendance). These will be finished in my signature style – timeless and classic colours and lovely contrasty black and whites. I’ll then publish your secure password protected on-line gallery that can be shared with friends and family alike. Many products will be available to purchase, over and above what you may already have in your collection
Editing all of your images and giving you a digital gallery to look at on the screen is only the start of it. I want to design and create something for you that you will be able to feel and hold. Something tangible and durable. Something to bring back all those memories for now and forever more. This is your album. Your first family heirloom. Your legacy to pass on down through the generations.
An album is so important and is what a lot of my clients seek me out for. Therefore it’s included in all the collections that I offer. We’ll design it for you, you’ll approve it or make changes and ultimately it will be printed and bound using the highest quality materials by a leading lab.
THIS IS BASED ON A TRUE STORY
All these images (apart from some of the album ones) are from my wonderful journey with the even more wonderful Lizzie and Ky. Here’s a glimpse at their wedding day.
Now, not that this has ever happened to me before but when, as a photographer, you turn up to an initial consultation (i.e. before any deal has been signed) and the bride to be serves you carrot cake and then sends you off with a half a dozen freshly laid eggs, you...
