Zoe & James's Vintage Styled Beach Pre-Wedding Shoot, Hayling Island
The Vintage Inspiration + Zöe and James’ Story
Third time lucky could never have been a more appropriate phrase! After two abandoned attempts to get some lovely pre-wedding photos for Zöe and James in amongst the bluebells back in April and May, it really was a case of back to the drawing board.
I had been wanting to conduct another beach shoot for some time so I started (dared!) to conjure up some thoughts. Those thoughts were to quickly transition into plans after I had met the wonderful Karen and Vince from Vinnie’s Vintage Vehicles and they kindly agreed to provide their gorgeous split screen VW camper ‘Sleepy Jean’ for the vintage styled shoot I was thinking about. The final piece of the jigsaw, of course, was to put it to Zöe and James to see if they were up for it. After squeals of excitement and having my right arm re-attached we moved forward with some serious planning and preparation. All we needed was for the weather to turn up on our chosen evening.
Their Big Day…Coming Soon!
Boy did the weather turn up! Not only that but in coincided with a lovely low tide, ideal for some shoreline romance…
Here’s the story of Zöe and James’ pre-wedding shoot on that glorious summer’s evening down on Hayling Island. Seriously can’t wait for their wedding in just a few weeks time. Perhaps they won’t be getting so wet this time…although there is a stream and a fountain at Rivervale Barn!
Let me introduce you to some of the other suppliers to this shoot:
Venue: Hayling Island!
Sleepy Jean the Campervan: Vinnie’s Vintage Vehicles
